Vacancy for a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Agri-environmental Policy

News Article - Vacancy

We are excited to share that we are hiring new researchers to join the Farm Environments in Policy and Practice project at the School of Geography and the Environment, University of Oxford. If you are interested in working on a fundamentally participatory, impact-led policy research programme, we would be delighted to receive your application.

Our team has been working closely with fantastic colleagues from the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs on the co-design of Environmental Land Management for several years, and we are delighted to be expanding the team and continuing this work on farmers’ experiences of ELM development.

Successful applicants will also become members of The Leverhulme Centre for Nature Recovery and will have the opportunity to contribute to embedding social science into policy research under the mentorship of Jamie Lorimer.

If you have a love for farming, for nature, for high-quality, innovative research, and for getting out onto farms and into fields (and probably getting a bit muddy too), this role could be right up your street.
